The goal is to increase the clinical workforce of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) in order to address the CNA workforce shortage.

The Healthcare Career Pathway program was included as a Local Model in the original California Master Plan for Aging under Goal Four: Caregiving That Works.
